Keeping It Real Seminar
Build practical tools for calm, confidence, and emotional resilience.
Run by Louise Johnson, Senior Psychologist and Director of Centre 4 Life and 4Thought Psychology, “Keeping it Real” is a small-group workshop series designed to support adults experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, and trauma responses.
Across weekly 1-hour sessions, participants will learn practical strategies to better understand thoughts, emotions, and behaviour patterns, while building confidence and emotional regulation skills. Using evidence-informed approaches such as mindfulness, EFT tapping, EMDR-informed techniques, grounding, and nervous system regulation, this series offers accessible tools to create meaningful change in everyday life.
Ideal as a cost-effective support option or an extension to individual therapy.
